Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior software and hardware recruiting specialist to join our rapid growth recruiting team in Lexington, MA. You will own high-volume talent sourcing, build partnerships with leaders, and design data-driven hiring strategies to fuel mission systems development.

You will engage passive candidates, manage multiple funnel stages, and drive offers while ensuring a superb candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles.
• 4+ years of client interaction with Hiring Managers and Directors.
• Experience with government contractors, DOD/IC agencies.
• Experience hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
• Strong interviewing and screening methods.

Responsibilities

• Move fast with a process for sourcing and tracking a high volume of candidates and maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders.
• Establish trust with business leaders to influence talent strategy and hiring deliverables.
• Scale and manage company growth with cross-functional partnerships.
• Embed into the product teams to understand mission, roadmap, and culture.
• Pitch the team and opportunities to candidates and close top talent.
• Track and analyze pipeline data to identify opportunities and inform hiring decisions.
• Build recruiting strategies to support long-range growth and implement process improvements.
• Be a subject matter expert in prospecting, data retrieval, automation, and candidate management.
• Conduct interviews and optimize interview-to-offer ratios.
• Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean searches, and SOBO/referral campaigns.
• Provide a positive candidate experience with proactive communication throughout the process.
