Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter or Sourcer to drive hardware talent acquisition for the Air Dominance and Strike division. This role operates as a subject matter expert, shaping long-term talent strategy and partnering with leaders to optimize hiring results.

You will manage complex projects, leverage Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem, and help build talent maps while promoting Anduril’s brand and value proposition to candidates and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience in executive search and divisional hiring preferred.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects.
• Develop strategies using prospecting tools and automation to optimize candidate management.
• Collaborate with TA team, hiring managers, and leadership to shape recruitment strategy.
• Advise on workforce planning through strategic updates and reviews.
• Engage passive candidates and conduct initial interviews using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem.
• Build talent maps and monitor market intelligence to adapt hiring strategies.
• Represent Anduril’s brand internally and externally to attract top talent.
• Elevate recruitment practices and ensure a strong candidate experience.
