Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring for a software/hardware recruitment role as part of its growing talent team. The hybrid onsite position in Lexington, MA focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent for mission systems programs, with a contract-to-convert path.

Your work will involve partnering with leaders, building scalable processes, and leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem to drive high-quality pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience sourcing for technical roles & engaging top tier talent.
• 4+ years of client interaction experience with Hiring Managers and Directors.
• Experience working with government contractors, DOD agencies, and IC agencies.
• Experience hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances.
• Familiar with applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
• Deep network of software and hardware engineering talent.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Move fast with a scalable sourcing process and high-volume candidate flow.
• Partner with business leaders to influence talent strategy and hiring deliverables.
• Build trust with cross-functional stakeholders to scale company growth.
• Understand product roadmap and culture to pitch opportunities effectively.
• Develop data-driven narratives from pipeline analytics.
• Create recruiting strategies and improve referrals and processes.
• Manage prospecting techniques, data extraction, automation, and candidate management.
• Conduct interviews and tailor questions to hiring managers' preferences.
• Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and referrals.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with proactive communication.
