Job summary

Anduril Industries in Lexington, MA, is seeking a senior software/hardware recruiting specialist for our Mission Systems team. The role is hybrid onsite in Lexington and open to contract with conversion potential.

You will source and manage high-volume technical candidates, partner with leaders on talent strategy, and build a scalable recruiting function. The ideal candidate has startup/tech recruiting experience and a strong network in software and hardware engineering.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience sourcing for technical roles and engaging top talent.
• 4+ years client interaction with Hiring Managers/Directors.
• Experience with government contractors, DOD, and IC agencies.
• Experience hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances.
• Familiar with ATS and HRIS systems; strong interview skills.
• Extensive network in software and hardware engineering.
• Consultative approach improving outcomes and candidate experience.
• Understanding of engineering roles and required skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, track, and manage high-volume candidates with stakeholder communication.
• Partner with business leaders to influence talent strategy and hiring deliverables.
• Scale growth with cross-functional collaboration and consistent operating rhythm.
• Understand product, tech roadmap, and team culture to pitch opportunities.
• Close exceptional technical talent through effective engagement.
• Analyze pipeline data to identify opportunities and present insights.
• Develop long-range recruiting strategies and improve referrals.
• Master prospecting tools for data retrieval, automation and candidate management.
• Conduct interviews and tailor interviewing to hiring manager preferences.
• Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean searches.
• Provide a positive candidate experience with proactive updates.
