Job summary

First Resonance is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full‑cycle hiring for our most critical technical roles, including Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Forward Deployed Engineers. You’ll work with hiring managers and senior leadership to shape how we find, evaluate, and close great people.

This builder role requires proactive sourcing, running structured interview processes, ATS hygiene, and clear communication of our mission and culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Background in regulated or hard-tech industries is a plus.
• Proven success hiring software engineers, product managers, and other technical profiles.
• Strong active sourcing skills; you build pipelines, not just inbound.
• Experience managing an ATS and using recruiting data to improve process.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build scorecards, and calibrate hiring bar.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, and community networks.
• Run structured interview processes and lead calibration sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Manage ATS hygiene — pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill data.
• Represent First Resonance authentically to candidates, communicating mission, culture, and opportunity.
• Support hiring across corporate functions as capacity and business needs allow.
• Contribute to employer branding: job descriptions, templates, interview guides.
