Compensation includes a 50% commission on personal billings, 100% remote work with total flexibility, and the option for sponsorship to relocate to Dubai. Backend support and a modern, tech-focused environment complete the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tech recruitment (contract, perm, or both).
• Proven 360°/full-desk recruitment and billing experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in niche tech verticals such as Salesforce, AI, cloud, or software engineering is a plus.
