Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tech recruitment (contract, perm, or both).
• Proven 360°/full-desk recruitment and billing experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in niche tech verticals such as Salesforce, AI, cloud, or software engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and place top tech talent across AI, Salesforce, and Software Engineering.
• Manage a full 360° desk including business development, client relationships, and candidate management.
• Handle contract and/or permanent placements.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefs to closing placements.
