Acceler8 Talent in Boston is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our high-performing team. You will help identify and engage top technology professionals, build pipelines and support consultants on client assignments.

From day one you'll receive structured training from our Learning & Development team and ongoing mentoring to develop sourcing, interviewing, market mapping and talent management skills.

Qualifications

Following continued growth, we're looking for ambitious Recruitment Resourcers to join our high-performing Boston team.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll work alongside experienced consultants and established clients, helping to identify and engage some of the best technology professionals in the market. You'll build strong candidate relationships, create talent pipelines and play a key role in delivering exceptional recruitment solutions for our clients.

From day one, you'll receive structured training from our award-winning Learning & Development team, alongside ongoing coaching and mentoring from experienced recruitment leaders. You'll quickly develop skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, market mapping and talent management, with clear opportunities to progress your career.

We're open to graduates as well as people with experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, retail or hospitality. We're looking for individuals who are driven, confident, resilient and excited by the opportunity to build a successful career in recruitment.
