Job summary

Maximus seeks a seasoned technology leader to own the program engineering vision and architecture for enterprise platforms. You will supervise cross‑functional teams, align solutions with security and cloud standards, and drive modernization and reuse across CRM and ERP ecosystems.

Colleagues will expect strong oversight of risk, quality, and delivery, with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder communication at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 12+ years of professional experience.
• 7+ years of technology leadership experience managing enterprise platforms or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise CRM/ERP platforms, preferably Salesforce and/or Deltek Costpoint.
• Experience with APIs, integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Strong understanding of security, data governance, risk, compliance, resilience, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own technical leadership for the contract or program, ensuring integrity and quality of engineering solutions.
• Ensure all technical deliverables meet contractual requirements, SLAs, and performance objectives.
• Lead technical decision making for scope changes, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Document scope changes with Program Manager and ensure clear communications with stakeholders.
• Serve as senior technical interface with Program customers, supporting design reviews and briefings.
• Foster collaboration and accountability across the program team.
