Job summary

Maximus is seeking a senior engineering leader to own the program's technical vision, architecture, and delivery across CRM, ERP, and connected systems.

You will drive DevSecOps, modernization, and operational excellence while partnering with business leaders to prioritize capabilities and investments. The role emphasizes risk management, governance, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Progressive experience in enterprise applications, CRM, ERP, software engineering, or platform engineering.
• 7+ years of technology leadership experience managing enterprise platforms, application portfolios, or technical teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise application strategy, architecture, engineering, integration, modernization, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own technical risk management for the program, including architectural, security, performance, and integration risks.
• Ensure engineering processes support high reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide escalation and resolution for complex technical issues impacting cost, schedule, or mission success.
• Serve as the overall technical authority for the contract or program, responsible for the integrity, feasibility, and quality of all engineering solutions.
• Lead technical decision making for scope changes, tradeoffs, risk mitigation, and issue resolution throughout the program lifecycle.
