Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced technology leader to own the program's engineering vision, architecture, and delivery across CRM/ERP platforms and connected systems. You will guide strategy, ensure contractual and security standards, and lead teams through modernization and integration efforts.

In this role you will coordinate with program managers, customers, and enterprise teams to drive alignment, manage budgets, and oversee risk and performance across a large enterprise program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of professional experience in enterprise applications, CRM/ERP, or platform engineering.
• 7+ years in technology leadership managing enterprise platforms or technical teams.
• Experience leading architecture, integration, modernization, and operations for large programs.
• Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP platforms (Salesforce and/or Deltek Costpoint).
• Experience with APIs, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Knowledge of security, data governance, risk, compliance, resilience, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing technology budgets, licensing, vendors, services, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the program's technical authority, ensuring integrity and quality of engineering solutions.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual, SLA, performance, and compliance standards.
• Lead scope discussions, risk mitigation, and issue resolution across the program lifecycle.
• Document scope changes with Program Manager and maintain clear stakeholder communications.
• Interface with customers for design reviews, technical interchange meetings, and briefings.
• Maintain transparency of technical work, schedule, reviews, and meetings.
• Set expectations for rigor, documentation, and engineering discipline across teams.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Define and own engineering vision and architecture to align with reference architectures and reuse strategies.
• Drive alignment across solution, systems, and platform engineering teams.
