Job summary

TTEC Digital in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead complex enterprise initiatives, manage multi‑team delivery, and maintain executive relationships. You will shape governance, reporting, and risk management while ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery across constellations of projects.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience in consulting, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

10+ years Project/Program Management experience in a consulting or services environment.
Experience delivering transformation projects for enterprise clients.
Deep knowledge of modern contact center platforms (NICE CXone preferred).
Ability to lead large, multi-project programs with executive sponsorship.
Proven track record of managing budgets, invoices, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned program/client projects.
Direct liaison with senior managers, directors, and executives to provide technical expertise and status.
Lead implementation of large enterprise projects and smaller programs (3–50 people).
Set up and drive program management functions: comms plans, meetings, tracking, reporting, escalations, docs.
Deliver weekly status reports and communicate progress to client stakeholders.
Develop financial dashboards and monitor project financial status.
