You will translate an aligned but evolving direction into concrete plans, runbooks, and measurable progress across engineering teams. You will partner with engineering and business leaders to define key metrics, manage deployment gates, and mentor other program managers while delivering durable process change.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Proven track record leading large cross-functional programs.
• Experience enabling AI-assisted development tools and practices.
• Ability to translate aligned directions into concrete plans and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day sequencing of rollout of new processes.
• Define and stand up key metrics and reporting structures.
• Pilot changes with select teams and scale after feedback.
• Mentor program managers and cross-functional partners.
• Communicate changes effectively to leadership and teams.
