Job summary

Based in a hybrid Seattle office, you will align with Merchandising, Tech, and vendor teams to improve data quality and inbound processes, ensuring scalable, cost-effective operations while reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years leading teams of program or technical managers.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream portfolios with dependencies across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Demonstrated experience driving process automation or operational transformation.
• Strong vendor or partner-facing experience, ideally involving EDI, ASN, or purchase order data standards.
• Comfortable operating in retail, supply chain, or inbound logistics operations.
• Experience with EDI standards (855, 856, 860) or purchase order lifecycle management a plus.
• Background in retail inventory operations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, sequencing, and delivery across the pre-receiving portfolio with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Directly manage a team of program managers including roles for PO automation, anomaly detection, EDI governance, and onboarding.
• Translate program strategy into a rolling roadmap with Product and Tech leads to prioritize automation targets.
• Build the team's capacity plan as scope shifts toward automated, rules-based handling.
• Escalation point for vendor-facing PO and EDI issues not resolvable at PM level.
• Partner with Merchandising, Tech, and vendor teams to resolve data quality and standards issues.
• Develop short- and long-term solutions with vendor management and merchant teams on go-to-market strategies.
• Provide executive-level reporting to Director and Inventory Movement leadership.
