Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of successful program, project, or product management delivering SaaS solutions.
4+ years of HRIS or Workforce Scheduling tool experience in a large corporate environment.
3+ years of Workday configuration (HCM & Scheduling) preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Consult internal partners on effective technology utilization to support processes.
Support Workforce Management by enabling Workday Scheduling and Labor Optimization tools.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders on AI initiatives in HR.
Own intake, prioritization, and roadmap execution for HR technology initiatives.
Present demos, status updates, and risk mitigation to leadership.
