Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management in a technology environment.
• Progressive track record delivering complex technology systems or services.
• Bachelor's in computer science/engineering or equivalent education and experience.
• Effective written and oral communication with all levels of business and technical leadership.
• Thorough understanding of software engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• In an agile environment, drive the entire program lifecycle: requirements definition through specification, design, QA, implementation, integration, launch, and support.
• Synthesize requirements, recommend alternatives, and lead engineering efforts to meet timelines, driving scope, schedule and deployment.
• Break down work into logical function groupings to enable early and frequent delivery.
• Set clear delivery commitments, manage customer expectations, and prioritize work to maximize value.
• Balance security and business needs with team or technology constraints while addressing bottlenecks.
