Qualifications

• 6+ years in Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, or Merchandise Planning and Execution.
• Experience leading a team or program managers.
• Proven ability to formulate inventory strategy and drive implementation.
• Data-driven decision making and metrics orientation.
• Experience adopting AI-assisted tools in team workflows.
• Experience leading a system or platform transition and change management.
• Ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences and influence decisions.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program management discipline for inventory positioning across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack's network.
• Lead a team of program managers driving execution across FC and Store inventory positioning.
• Own fulfillment center inventory positioning strategy and connect with operations execution.
• Drive initial placement and overall inventory position across the network.
• Partner with Returns, Secondary Positioning, Transfers, and Inventory Movement teams.
• Support scaled events by ensuring FCs and stores carry the right assortment and levels.
