You will coordinate with executives, product management, engineering, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive complex programs end-to-end in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a highly matrixed environment.
• Experience managing programs in a hybrid delivery model (Waterfall & Agile).
• Exposure to SAFe, Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs/projects through the full lifecycle and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams for scope, deliverables, resources, and timing.
• Engage senior leaders to gain alignment and sign-off on program status and milestones.
• Identify risks and dependencies and develop mitigation plans; drive governance and reporting.
