Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead programs within the IT Delivery Services organization, supporting the IT Experience Engineering sub-pillar. Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a highly matrixed environment.
• Minimum of 3+ years executing technical programs in a hybrid delivery model (Waterfall & Agile).
• Exposure to agile models (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and PMP certification.
• Experience in IT Experience Engineering space and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs and projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams for scope and timing.
• Engage senior leaders to align status, dates and sign-offs on deliverables.
• Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Drive meetings to unblock issues and guide strategic decisions with executives.
• Create and maintain project documentation and status reporting.
• Support governance standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate leadership readouts and interdependencies across portfolios.
