Responsibilities

• Manage programs/projects through their lifecycle.
• Ensure business leads and technical teams stay on track and accountable.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams on scope, deliverables, and timing.
• Engage with senior leaders to track status and gain alignment.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Work with other TPMs to manage across programs.
• Lead program meetings to drive decisions and remove obstacles.
• Drive business goals and strategic vision in partnership with domain leaders.
• Create and maintain project documentation and status reports.
• Pursue continuous improvement and consolidate approaches.
• Coordinate leadership readouts on status, issues, metrics, and decisions.
• Maintain governance standards to improve delivery predictability and agility.
• In corporate lessons learned and industry best practices.
• Ensure cross-team deliverables are aligned.
• Provide knowledge transfer as new members join the program.
• Drive cross-functional priorities and handoffs of deliverables.
• Lead retrospectives after milestones.
• Partner with Product Management for alignment of requirements.
• Support PI Planning in SAFe engagements and other planning efforts.
• Coordinate interdependencies across portfolios.
• Identify budget needs and forecast quarterly budgets.
