Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead programs and projects within the IT Delivery Services organization, supporting the IT Experience Engineering sub-pillar. The role demands strong leadership, executive communication, and the ability to drive complex initiatives across multiple teams and vendors.

Qualifications

7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a highly matrixed environment.
Minimum of 3+ years executing technical programs/projects in a hybrid delivery model (Waterfall & Agile).
Must have exposure to managing programs in an agile model (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.).
Must have previous experience managing programs in the IT Experience Engineering space.

Responsibilities

Manage programs/projects through the entire lifecycle, ensuring cross-team accountability.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to scope, deliverables, resources, and timing.
Engage with senior leaders to track progress and obtain alignment and sign-offs.
Identify risks and dependencies and develop mitigation plans with other TPMs.
