Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Missionforce Program Executive within the Delivery Account Management function. You will lead large, multi-workstream transformations with executive-level accountability, owning end-to-end program delivery and P&L for flagship engagements.

You will guide governance, manage budgets, surface risk, and translate strategic outcomes into measurable business value, leveraging AI and agentic capabilities to drive customer success at scale.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated AI productivity tools adoption in delivery context.
• 12+ years of professional services or consulting delivery experience.
• Experience leading large, complex programs ($10M+) with measurable outcomes.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional delivery teams across geographies.
• Experience managing program financials at the engagement level.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior executive-facing delivery for flagship transformation programs.
• Own end-to-end program P&L, budget, and scope governance.
• Build executive relationships with clients up to the CxO level.
• Coordinate multi-workstream teams across geographies.
• Forecast accurately and surface risks early.
• Drive AI and agentic capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes.
