Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead programs within IT Delivery Services, supporting IT Experience Engineering. You will drive initiatives such as endpoint management, productivity platforms, ITSM/ServiceNow, and AI-powered automation.

You will partner with product management, engineering, vendors, and executives to drive cross-functional delivery, governance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. This is an individual contributor role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a highly matrixed environment.
• 3+ years executing technical programs in a hybrid delivery model (Waterfall & Agile).
• Experience managing programs in an agile model (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• PMP certification and Agile certifications required.
• Experience in IT Experience Engineering space.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs and projects through entire lifecycle, ensuring cross-team accountability and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, resources, and timing.
• Engage executives and stakeholders to align on status, risks, and decisions.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation plans and coordinate across TPMs.
