Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead programs within the IT Delivery Services organization, supporting IT Experience Engineering initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risk, and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, executive communication, and a proven track record in large-scale program delivery, with emphasis on hybrid/agile methods and AI-enabled productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a highly matrixed environment.
• Minimum of 3+ years executing technical programs/projects in a hybrid delivery model (Waterfall & Agile).
• Must have exposure to managing programs in an agile model (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.).
• Must have previous experience managing programs in the IT Experience Engineering space.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs/projects through the entire program/project lifecycle.
• Work closely with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to support scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, and timing for initiatives.
• Engage with senior leaders to align on status, risks, and milestones.
• Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigations.
• Drive meetings to decisions and ensure business goals are met.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports.
• Coordinate governance standards to improve delivery predictability and agility.
• Ensure deliverables are aligned across contributing teams.
• Provide program knowledge transfer as new members join.
