Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Technology Partner Executive to manage and grow the Partner Community, guiding onboarding and helping partners build, launch, and maintain integrations with UKG’s HCM, WFM, and HRSD products.

You will streamline onboarding, empower partners with APIs and developer tools, and collaborate with product, sales, legal, and marketing to align solutions with business priorities. The role rewards relationship-building and execution in a fast-paced global ecosystem.

Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise SaaS or partner programs.
Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
Proven track record in partner onboarding and program operations.

Responsibilities

Manage UKG Technology Partner Community relationships and onboarding.
Lead onboarding processes including orientation, readiness, and launch.
Collaborate with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal to align strategies.
Shape global product and go-to-market strategies with partners.
Maintain relationships and address issues, advocate for partners.
Coordinate joint sales activities and identify new opportunities.
Stay current on HCM/WFM trends to inform partner strategy.
