Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships across the UKG Partner Community, guiding program engagement.
• Lead and improve partner onboarding, orientation, enablement, readiness, and launch coordination.
• Collaborate with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal to align partnerships with priorities.
• Shape and execute global product, partner community, and GTM strategies.
• Maintain proactive relationships with partners, addressing business and technical issues.
