Job summary

UKG Inc. is seeking a Senior Technology Partner Executive to lead and grow the Technology Partner Community. You will guide onboarding, help partners build, launch, and maintain integrations with UKG's HCM, WFM, and HRSD products, and ensure onboarding is clear, consistent, and scalable.

You will collaborate with product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to align partner solutions with business priorities and drive value for customers in a fast-paced global ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines while prioritizing milestones.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commitment to making decisions that benefit UKG and its customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and engagement across the UKG Partner Community, guiding partners through programs and opportunities.
• Lead and improve partner onboarding processes, including orientation, enablement, readiness, integration planning, and launch coordination.
• Coordinate with executive, product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to align partnership strategies with priorities.
• Help shape and execute global product, partner community, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain productive relationships with existing partners and address business, technical, and channel issues.
• Define onboarding requirements, measure program performance, gather feedback, and drive improvements.
• Coordinate joint sales activities with key partners and develop new business opportunities.
• Stay current on global HCM/WFM trends to inform strategy and programming.
