Haleon is seeking a Senior Operating Unit Technology Partner for North America to lead the Commercial Excellence technology portfolio and drive data-driven growth. You will partner with the Chief Customer Officer and Sales teams to align digital, data, AI, and content investments with brand growth, engagement and eCommerce objectives.
You will translate business strategy into an integrated roadmap across platforms, data and measurement, while collaborating with global teams to optimize
Competenze
- 5+ years of experience in digital and technology roles, ideally with commercial topics.
- Strong understanding of commercial excellence and sales processes, including Net Revenue Management and ERP linkage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior stakeholders.
Mansioni
- Own end-to-end Commercial Excellence digital and technology portfolio strategy and delivery.
- Partner with the Chief Customer Officer and Sales teams to link digital, data, AI and content investments to growth and marketing effectiveness.
- Break down problems and optimize processes, ensuring alignment with global strategy and NA priorities.
- Create dashboards and reports with Tableau/Power BI for real-time KPIs.
- Lead initiatives from strategy through architecture, launch, adoption and benefits realization.
