Job summary

Haleon is seeking an experienced Senior Technology Business Partner – Category Growth & Marketing to act as the strategic technology advisor for Haleon China’s growth and marketing organizations across OTC, Wellness, and Oral Health.

You will drive AI-enabled opportunities, align technology investments with business priorities, and collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, and Product teams to deliver scalable solutions that accelerate commercial growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business field is required or strongly preferred.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred to support strategy and leadership.
Strong mix of commercial understanding, technology expertise, and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic technology advisor to Category Growth and Marketing leadership across multiple brands.
Identify and incubate AI-enabled business opportunities for consumer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, and Product Owners to co-create high-level solution designs.
Develop roadmaps leveraging AI, automation, cloud, and digital platforms to accelerate growth.
Drive adoption strategies, change management, and benefits tracking for technology investments.
Translate complex tech concepts into business language for senior stakeholders.
Promote agile, product thinking and business-led digital transformation.
Represent China priorities within regional/global governance for D&T strategy.
