Job summary

Haleon, a consumer health leader, invites you to join our U.S. GCC team based in Berkeley Heights, NJ. You will help translate platform strategies into retailer-ready plans, 4P activations, and measurable in-market learning, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Insights to drive growth.

You’ll analyze diverse data sources to uncover insights, design coordinated trade offers, and support activation budgets. A strong cross-functional collaborator with 3+ years in trade marketing will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in trade marketing, customer strategy and planning, sales, category management, shopper marketing, or a related CPG field.
• Understands the U.S. retail environment and supports customer-facing plans.
• Turns multiple data sources into clear commercial insights and actions.
• Experience with syndicated household panel, retailer POS, and trade promotion data or systems (Circana, Numerator).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for analyses and materials.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate GCC platform priorities into activation requirements, milestones, and timelines.
• Analyze sales, shopper, panel, and retailer data to derive actionable insights.
• Design and deploy coordinated in-store and online trade offers.
• Collaborate with Customer Sales Teams to align plans and activation opportunities.
• Manage GCC promotional materials, calendars, and execution tools.
• Lead promotional reviews and track POS trends and effectiveness.
