Job summary

Haleon seeks a Senior Operating Unit Technology Partner for North America to lead the Commercial Excellence technology portfolio. You will partner with the Chief US Chief Customer Officer and Sales to align digital investments with brand growth, consumer engagement, and marketing effectiveness.

You will translate business strategy into an integrated roadmap across platforms, data, content, and measurement, enabling stronger customer relations and ROI realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in digital & technology roles, preferably with commercial topics.
• Strong understanding of commercial excellence and sales processes, incl. Net Revenue Management and ERP linkage.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to develop business cases and prioritize demand.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Commercial Excellence digital and technology portfolio strategy and delivery.
• Partner with CCO and Sales to own NA Commercial Excellence strategy linking digital, data, AI, and content to growth.
• Break down problems and optimize processes and systems.
• Balance global and NA growth priorities with technology strategy and standards.
• Create dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) for real-time metrics for leadership.
• Develop models with Data Scientists for forecasting demand, trends, and growth.
• Lead initiatives from strategy to adoption and benefits realization with cross-functional teams.
• Define portfolio KPIs and improve data governance and delivery outcomes.
