Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Head of Consumer Experience Design in Warren, NJ. This senior role defines Haleon’s global consumer experience strategy, leading research, journey mapping and service design to drive growth and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading consumer experience strategy, customer strategy, service design, innovation or transformation functions within complex global organisations.
Strong facilitation, communication and influencing skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholder groups around a common vision.

Responsibilities

Define and own Haleon's long‑term vision and strategy for consumer experiences globally.
Identify opportunities and shape investment by partnering with key stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial Excellence and Technology.
Lead consumer research programmes to understand needs, behaviours and expectations and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
Define end‑to‑end consumer journeys and lead journey mapping and service blueprinting activities.
Lead and develop a high‑performing team, build partnerships across functions, and govern investment readiness and governance processes.
