ADT Security Services in Minnesota is seeking a bright and assertive Tech Engineer Team Manager to lead a hybrid team of 10 to 15 technicians, blending sales and technical work as part of ADT's Smart Home portfolio.

You will coach, recruit, and develop the team, drive KPIs, and nurture a high-performing culture while delivering world-class onboarding, installation experiences, and customer education.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of people leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
• Proven track record of building and developing high-performing, customer-centric teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills with experience educating customers on products and services.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement, and manage activities of the High-Volume Tech Engineer Design Specialists for a designated geographic footprint.
• Train, mentor, and coach Tech Engineers to generate leads, upsell equipment, and install smart home products.
• Recruit and hire new Tech Engineers as required and establish a cost-efficient service growth plan.
