Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a Tech Engineer Team Manager in the United States. You will lead a hybrid sales and technical workforce of 10–15 Tech Engineers who conduct in-home consultative walkthroughs and deliver ADT’s security and smart home solutions.

You will train and mentor the team, recruit new engineers, and drive key KPIs while maintaining high customer experience. The role includes base salary with commission and generous incentive plans.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing customer-facing teams in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proven track record of building and developing high-performing, customer-centric teams.
• Ability to consultatively sell and educate customers on products and services.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage the High-Volume Tech Engineer Design Specialists for a designated geographic footprint.
• Train, mentor, develop, motivate and coach Tech Engineers to generate leads and upsell equipment.
• Cultivate relationships with new customers and communicate the ADT Smart Home portfolio.
• Participate in recruiting to hire new Tech Engineers as required.
• Formulate a business plan for targeted growth and cost-efficient service.
• Conduct regular team huddles and meetings to coach policy, new products and promotions.
• Perform formal performance conversations with Tech Engineers.
• Maintain high-quality, timely job completions for maximum retention.
• Model and champion ADT values and foster a safe, values-driven culture.
