Job summary

ADT is seeking a bright Tech Engineer Team Manager to lead a 10–15 member team of Tech engineers in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment. You will drive custom security and smart home solutions, ensuring world-class onboarding and installation experiences for customers.

You will coach, develop, and retain top talent while meeting budgeted targets across sales and service KPIs. The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic workforce planning in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with consultative selling experience.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving ability.
• Driven and entrepreneurial; able to manage diverse teams and targets with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage the activities of the Tech Engineer Design Specialists team for a geographic footprint.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Tech Engineers to generate leads and upsell equipment.
• Conduct consultative customer education and install smart home products meeting customer needs.
• Recruit and hire new Tech Engineers; build a high-performing, customer-centric team.
• Create a cost-efficient service plan aligned with market share targets; lead team huddles and coaching.
