• 3 to 5 years of people leadership experience; managing customer-facing team members in fast-paced sales environment.
• Proven track record of building high-performing, customer-centric teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with consultative selling experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage the High-Volume Tech Engineer Design Specialists workforce for a designated geographic footprint.
• Train, mentor, develop, motivate, and coach Tech Engineers to generate leads and upsell equipment.
• Foster relationships between new customers and the ADT brand and product portfolio; communicate ADT and Smart Home solutions.
• Participate in recruiting to hire new Tech Engineers and support onboarding.
• Formulate a sound business plan to provide cost-efficient service for growth per plan and targets.
• Lead team huddles and staff meetings to coach on policies, products, promotions and metrics.
• Conduct performance management conversations with Tech Engineers.
• Ensure high-quality, timely job completions for maximum retention.
• Model and champion ADT values and a safe work environment.
