ADT is seeking a Tech Engineer Team Manager to lead a hybrid team of 10–15 engineers, driving sales and technical excellence. You will oversee onboarding, installation, and customer education, while mentoring staff to achieve KPIs and growth targets.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences across the smart home portfolio. Competitive base with commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage the activities of the High-Volume Tech Engineer Design Specialists workforce.
• Train, mentor, and coach engineers to generate leads, upsell equipment, and install smart home products.
• Build relationships with new customers and communicate ADT Smart Home solutions.
• Participate in recruiting and hiring of new Tech Engineers; coach on policies, procedures, and metrics.
• Drive cost-efficient growth through a solid business plan and market targets.
• Lead team meetings and performance conversations to ensure quality and timeliness.
