ADT is seeking a Tech Engineer Team Manager to lead a dynamic team of 10–15 engineers in a fast-paced, customer‑facing role in Missouri. You will drive performance across sales and operational KPIs while delivering world‑class onboarding and installation experiences for ADT Smart Home solutions.

You will coach, mentor, and hire talent, conduct regular team meetings, and partner with local leadership to grow market share.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of people leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
• Proven track record of building high-performing, customer-centric teams.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage the TE Design Specialists team for a geographic footprint.
• Train and coach engineers to generate leads and upsell equipment.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new Tech Engineers.
• Ensure high-quality, timely job completions and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular team huddles and performance reviews.
