Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage the activities of a high-volume Tech Engineer workforce.
• Train, mentor, develop, and coach engineers to generate leads and upsell.
• Build relationships between customers and ADT products and services.
• Participate in recruiting activities to hire new engineers.
• Develop a sound plan for targeted growth and market share targets.
• Lead regular team huddles, coaching on policies, procedures and new products.
• Conduct formal performance conversations and provide feedback.
• Ensure high quality, timely job completions for customer retention.
• Model and champion ADT values and create a safe environment for discussions.
