Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to partner with Legal and business teams. You will draft, review, negotiate, and administer complex agreements—especially SaaS and cloud-related contracts—while guiding risk and compliance.

You will also improve templates, playbooks, and processes, supporting cross-functional teams across the organization. The role requires strong negotiation skills, ability to manage high-volume contracts, and experience with contract lifecycle platforms.

Qualifications

• Negotiating SaaS, cloud services, software licensing, and other technology-related agreements.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and risk-based decision-making.
• Ability to balance legal and business considerations with sound judgment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication at executive levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage heavy workloads.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer complex commercial agreements.
• Lead negotiations with customers, suppliers, and partners and their stakeholders.
• Advise internal teams on contract structure, obligations, risks, and strategy.
• Support the contract lifecycle from intake to closeout.
• Identify and elevate contractual, commercial, operational, privacy, security, and compliance risks.
• Prepare contract summaries, approvals, and risk assessments.
• Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and clause libraries.
• Coordinate stakeholder input and prioritize contracting matters.
• Improve contracting operations to reduce cycle times and increase data quality.
