Job summary

Epicor Software Corporation is seeking an experienced contracts professional to draft, review, negotiate, and administer complex commercial agreements in alignment with company policies and objectives. You will lead negotiations with customers, suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders across procurement, legal, privacy, information security, and executive teams.

You will support the contract lifecycle from intake through renewal and closeout, identify risks, prepare summaries and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in contract management or commercial contracting
• Experience negotiating technology/software agreements (SaaS, cloud, data processing)

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer complex commercial agreements.
• Lead negotiations with customers, suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Advise internal teams on contract structure, risks, and negotiation strategy.
• Support the contract lifecycle from intake to renewal and closeout.
• Identify and document contractual, commercial, security, and privacy risks.
• Prepare contract summaries, approvals, and risk assessments.
