Epicor is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager in a hybrid capacity to partner with Legal and business stakeholders on complex commercial agreements, with a focus on SaaS, cloud services, and technology transactions.

The role manages a broad portfolio, from drafting through renewal, and escalates matters requiring legal judgment. You will mentor contracts staff and improve processes for faster, higher-quality contracting cycles.

Qualifications

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer complex commercial agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract structure, obligations, and risk.
• Lead negotiations with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Support contract lifecycle from intake to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Identify and elevate contractual, privacy, and security risks.
• Prepare contract summaries and risk assessments for approvals.
• Maintain and improve templates, playbooks, and clause libraries.
• Coordinate stakeholder input and prioritize contracting matters.
