Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to partner with Legal and business stakeholders to draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements, with emphasis on SaaS, cloud services, and software licensing.

You will lead negotiations with enterprise customers and partners, advise on structure and risk, and oversee the contract lifecycle from intake to closeout, while improving templates and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Five or more years in contract management or legal operations.
• Two or more years supporting technology, software, SaaS, cloud, or professional services agreements.
• Experience independently negotiating customer-facing commercial agreements with enterprise customers.
• Experience partnering with Sales in high-volume contracting.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer complex commercial agreements aligned with policy and standards.
• Lead negotiations with customers, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders across functions.
• Advise on contract structure, obligations, risks, and negotiation strategy.
• Support the full contract lifecycle from intake to closeout and renewal.
• Identify, assess, escalate contractual, privacy, security, and compliance risks.
• Prepare contract summaries, risk assessments, and action items.
• Maintain and improve templates, playbooks, clause libraries, and processes.
• Manage legal intake and prioritization of contracting matters.
• Improve contracting operations to reduce cycle times and improve data quality.
• Extract and maintain key obligations and renewal dates; mentor others.
