Job summary

Epicor seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to partner with Legal and business stakeholders on review, drafting, negotiation, and administration of complex commercial agreements, with emphasis on SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, and technology transactions.

You will lead negotiations, advise cross-functional teams, manage the contract lifecycle from intake to closeout, and improve templates, playbooks, and data quality in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Five or more years of contract management or related field.
• Two or more years of technology/SaaS contracting experience.
• Experience negotiating enterprise customer agreements.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems preferred (e.g., Agiloft).

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer complex commercial agreements.
• Lead negotiations with customers, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Advise internal teams on contract structure, obligations, risks, and negotiation strategy.
• Support the contract lifecycle from intake to closeout.
• Identify and escalate contractual, commercial, operational, privacy, security, and compliance risks.
• Prepare contract summaries, approval materials, and risk assessments.
