Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to partner with Legal and business teams on sophisticated contract review, drafting, negotiation, and administration across a broad portfolio including SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, and data privacy. This role manages complex agreements, guides risk assessment, and supports lifecycle from intake through renewal.

Qualifications

• SaaS, cloud services, software licensing, and related tech agreements experience.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and risk assessment.
• Ability to balance legal and business considerations and escalate when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer complex commercial agreements per policy and standards.
• Lead negotiations with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Advise on contract structure, obligations, risks, and negotiation strategy.
• Support the contract lifecycle from intake to renewal and closeout.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, operational, privacy, and security risks.
• Prepare contract summaries and risk assessments for approvals.
• Maintain and improve templates, playbooks, clause libraries, and processes.
• Coordinate stakeholder input and prioritize contracting matters.
