Job summary

Epicor seeks a Senior Contracts Manager in Austin, TX to lead sophisticated contract review, drafting, negotiation, administration, and process support for SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, and tech transactions.

You will partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and privacy teams to structure agreements, assess risks, and ensure alignment with policy and business goals; mentoring peers and improving contracting operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
5+ years in contract management, legal operations, or related field.
Experience negotiating customer-facing, enterprise contracts.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, and administer complex commercial agreements.
Lead negotiations with customers, suppliers, and partners and internal stakeholders.
Advise on contract structure, obligations, and risks to multiple teams.
Support contract lifecycle from intake to renewal and closeout.
Identify and escalate contractual, commercial, privacy, security, and compliance risks.
Prepare summaries, approvals, and risk assessments communicating commitments.
Maintain templates, playbooks, and clause libraries to improve processes.
Manage legal intake and prioritize contracting matters.
Improve contracting operations to reduce cycle times and improve data quality.
