Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, PM, construction management, or related field.
• 1–5 years of project management experience; solid PM training.
• 2+ years PM experience in construction (electrical distribution/substation, renewable energy, or related).
• Knowledge of project management tools, estimation, costing, power, and safety standards.
• Ability to read contracts, plans, and specifications; strong financial and analytical skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

• Directs all phases and activities of each project from plan to closeout.
• Prepares project documents, reports, schedules, and invoices.
• Secures subcontractors and negotiates with vendors; manages permits and materials.
