Job summary

ArchKey is seeking an Associate Project Manager for Construction Technologies to coordinate field staff and assist project managers in managing all construction processes, ensuring quality, schedule, cost control, safety, and customer satisfaction at a national project site.

You will assemble and maintain documentation for timely commissioning and closeout, review plans, support budgeting and scheduling, coordinate preconstruction activities, conduct jobsite inspections, and travel to project

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's preferred.
• 0-1 year of construction/project management experience.
• Familiarity with estimating systems preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, costing, scheduling, and safety standards.
• Understanding of project life cycle and ability to read contracts/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specs to understand scope and milestones; prepare estimates and cost codes.
• Assist with budget tracking, billing, scheduling, and progress reports; participate in meetings.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities and constructability reviews; assist with value engineering.
• Conduct weekly jobsite inspections and document progress with photos.
