ArchKey Solutions is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Technologies for a travel-based role across national project sites. The position requires coordinating field staff and assisting project managers to maintain quality, schedule, cost control, safety and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 0–1 year in construction/project management, familiarity with estimating systems, and the ability to interpret plans and drawings while supporting project life cycle activities.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in project management, construction management or a related field.
• Minimum 0-1 year of construction and/or project management experience.
• Familiarity with computerized estimating systems preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, costing and scheduling preferred.
• Project management training, experience, and skills; understanding of the project life cycle.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate field staff and assist project managers in managing all construction processes.
• Ensure project quality, schedule, cost control, safety and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Assemble, organize, and maintain documentation for commissioning and closeout activities.
• Support budget tracking, billing, scheduling, and project status reporting; participate in meetings and minutes.
