Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Construction Technologies. This travel position is based out of a national project site and falls under the Technologies department.

You will coordinate field staff, assist project managers, and help ensure quality, schedule, cost control, safety, and customer satisfaction in line with company policies. The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent and 0-1 year of construction/project management experience; familiarity with

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in project management, construction management or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 0-1 year of construction/project management experience; familiarity with computerized estimating systems preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, cost/schedule/estimating, and safety standards.
• Project management training and ability to understand the project life cycle.
• Ability to read, interpret contracts, plans, drawings, blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field staff and assist PMs to manage construction processes for quality, schedule, cost control, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Assemble and maintain documentation for timely project commissioning and closeout.
• Support with budget tracking, billing, labor estimates, scheduling, cost reviews, PO's, status reports, and inspections.
• Conduct site inspections and take weekly progress photos to ensure conformance with documents.
